A loan of $525 helped to buy soap, broth, and oil to sell in the market.

Palmira's story

Palmira is married and the mother of two children who are in the fourth and fifth grades. She and her husband live in their own home with their children, for whom they share financial responsibility.
Palmira has had a business for more than five years and works more than ten hours a day. She buys her products from distributors who bring them from Maputo to Boane and then sells them in the market. She will use this loan to buy soap, broth, and oil to resell.
In the future she intends to buy a better house, as the one she has has only one room. Palmira will continue to save her money, pay off her loans, and request more so that she can reach her goals.
