Arturo, 36, is from the village of San Bernardo in the province of Isabela. He is married with one kid. He is a very hardworking person. Every morning he personally visits his farm. For almost eight years in farming business, he has always made sure that he can sustain the needs of his family. To have additional income, he is asking for a loan amounting to 20,000 PHP to buy seed and fertilizer for his business. His dream is to expand his business for his future plans.
