A loan of $300 helped to buy flour, baking powder, gelatin, flavoring, lard, and sugar, among other things.

Rosa's story

Rosa lives with her husband and has no children to take care of; neither does she have relatives abroad to generate income for her family. She bakes bread for a living and she has around 20 years of technical experience. She started out baking in a clay oven, making bread to sell to her neighbors, and her demand later increased. She needs this loan to buy the raw materials she needs, such as flour, baking powder, gelatin, flavoring, lard, and sugar, among others. This will help her increase her profits and, accordingly, her family and financial stability. Her dream is to make more profits so her business will grow and to offer her family a better quality of life.
