Lan's Group's story

Lan is 42 years old and married with two children. Her daughter has gotten married and her son is in 12th grade. Lan's husband is a driver who earns about 5,000,000 VND each month. For the past 10 years, Lan has been a farmer who earns about 1,000,000 VND each month. She also makes paper to earn additional money. Lan's family’s total income is about 6,000,000 VND per month. Her challenge in life and work is a lack of capital. She would like to breed chickens and her dream to ensure that her children can learn well and be successful in life. Lan is a hardworking woman.

Lan is requesting a 5,014,000 VND loan to buy food for chickens. This is her first loan with SEDA and she is a member of a loan group. Lan will use the profits from her loan to buy computers for her children.
