Sauda is married, and they have four children. Sauda is a street vendor who sells women's, men's and children's clothing and shoes. She has been in business since 2009. Through their respective jobs, both contribute toward household expenses, in their effort to get ahead. Sauda is applying for a loan to buy shirts, blouses, jeans, and sport shoes for women, men and children. This will allow her to have a wider variety to offer her customers.
About Yehu Microfinance Trust
This loan is administered by Yehu Microfinance Trust, which was founded in 1998 as a project of CHOICE Humanitarian Kenya. In July 2007, Yehu became a separate entity from CHOICE and was registered as a trust. Since then, Yehu has expanded to cover over half of Kenya’s 13 coastal districts.
