Mohbegim's story

Mohbegim lives in the in city of Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan. She is a 54-year-old widow with one son and one daughter. Mohbegim intends to open a flat bread bakery. She believes that this is a good option for a family business because bread is a product that is always in demand, regardless of the time of year or other circumstances. Thus, Mohbegim has already built an oven in her yard and has procured necessary accessories. Now, she must obtain permits from the local authorities and purchase the raw materials for producing flat bread. In order to achieve her goal, she has applied for a loan. Her son, daughter and son-in-law will help her with the business. In addition, she will also hire two workers. Mohbegim plans to produce 1,500 flat breads per day. With the help of this business, she would increase her family's income and her family's living conditions would improve.
