San is 42 years old. She is married and resides with seven children in Kampong Speu Province, Cambodia. She has been involved in cultivating rice and fattening up animals for more than ten years, earning approximately $4 per day. Her husband helps her run the business. Two of her children are employed in a garment factory. They earn about $8 each day.
Due to lack of funds, San is requesting a loan of $500 to purchase timber and zinc to build a stable to keep cattle. This money will help her to have an appropriate place to keep her cattle.
In the future, she would like to expand her business and help her children get a higher education.
