Agamammad's story

Agamammad is a 50-year-old Fuzulu refugee, who is married with three sons. He is an IDP (internally displaced person) and lives with his wife and children in the Bilasuvar IDP Settlement. Together with his wife, Agamammad raises cattle, fattens them, and sells them at a profitable price. He has been in this business for 25 years

Agamammad sells meat at the central bazaar. In Azerbaijan, there is a high demand for meat, because it is used in a lot of meals, such as kufta (soup), kababs, dolma, etc. He is very kind, caring, and also very energetic in his work. Due to financial difficulties, Agamammad chose not to study beyond high school, but to continue the family tradition and enter this business.

His income from raising cattle is 195 AZN per month. In order to fully support the family, Agamammad is looking to expand the business and make it very successful. With a good loan history, he has now applied for his fourth loan, this time for 1800 AZN. With this money he plans to buy small calves. He appreciates your support.
