Victoria was born in the community of Pumapaccha, where she still lives. She is 21 years old, lives in a common-law marriage and has a child. Victoria nació en la comunidad de Pumapaccha y vive en la misma comunidad donde nació, ella tiene 21 años de edad, tiene una relación de unión libre de la cual tiene un hijo, ella es una persona trabajadora y emprendedora que sale adelante con mucho esfuerzo y trabajo. Sus actividades económicas son la elaboración de artesanía de tipo de tejido como por ejemplo chalinas, chulos, mantas y la agricultura, ella tiene varios terrenos de cultivos donde siembra papa, hortalizas, lizas, tarwi, entre otras. Desde hace varios años que pertenece al banco comunal “Tahuantinsuyo” y en esta oportunidad requiere el préstamo para comprar semillas y fertilizantes.
