A loan of $1,025 helped to buy fabrics to make clothes.

Carmen Paola's story

Carmen, 21, is married and has a two-year-old child. She is a seamstress and has been making and selling all kinds of garments for three years. Her workshop is located at home, in an area called “Plan 3000.”

Carmen will use this loan to buy fabrics in bulk for her garments. The reason why she requests this loan is the need to increase her investment capital, since she has orders to fulfill and she also takes some of her creations to different fairs to sell them.

Carmen wants to increase her profits, something she sees as a challenge. She will use the profits to buy materials to produce good quality garments and attract more customers. Carmen is a hardworking person. She feels happy and grateful to the institution for the help she has received from them.
