It has one of the oldest markets in the country, which is known for fresh fish because it is located by the ocean. However, St. Paul is also one of the poorer areas, and housing quality is often very bad. Julia is single and has three children. Her three children are aged between 6 and 15 years. Her children live at home and go to school. Her spouse works as driver. Julia has a sales table, where she sells bread, sugar, oil, rice and other foods. She has been in business for 10 years and works 10 hours a day. With this loan, she will buy inventory. One of the greatest challenges that she faces is low income. She transports her goods by taxi. She started her business with money from her husband. She is proud of her business, because she makes more profit. Her plan is to build a house.
