Larwou's story

Larwou is 29 years old and lives in the West Point area, which has the most-populated market in Montserrado County. She is single, and she completed grade 12. She described herself as a hardworking woman. For the past four years she has been operating her own table in the local market selling rice, pepper, onion, vita, salt etc. She sells six days a week from 7AM to 5PM. She likes her business, because she has more customers. She started this business with capital that was given to her by her mother. She uses a shared taxi every time, to get her goods to her business table.

Larwou is requesting a loan to purchase more goods(rice, pepper, onion, vita, salt etc) to sell at her business table in the market. She plans is to build a house for her children. She would like to say, "Thanks," to the lenders who support BRAC Liberia.
