Comfort's story

Comfort is 19 years old and lives in the West Point area, which has the most populated market in Montserrado County. She is single and has a two-year-old child. Comfort describes herself as a hard-working woman.

For the past three years, she has been running a shop where she sells pepper, oil, vita, etc. in the local market. She sells six days a week, from 7am to 4pm. She likes her business because of the ways in which her customers buy from her. She started this business with money given to her by her mother. Comfort uses a taxi to get her goods to her business shop.

She is requesting a loan to purchase more goods for her business. She plans to build a house for her children. She would like to say thanks to the lenders who support BRAC Liberia Microfinance Company Limited.
