A loan of $525 helped to get working capital for purchasing general merchandise: clothing for children and adults, cosmetics, crafts, etc.

Clelia Argentina's story

Clelia Argentina is 53 years old. She's married and has three adult children. She comes from the town of Chinandega, an area known for being fruitful for trading. Clelia owns a business buying and selling general merchandise such as clothing for children and adults, cosmetics, crafts, etc. She sells door-to-door and also has a display case in her house. She has regular and occasional customers and collects payments on a weekly and biweekly basis. She buys from markets, mostly by order from her customers. The goal of this loan is to get working capital for purchasing general merchandise, since her demand has increased. Clelia started her business using her own money. One of dreams is to be able to set up a store in her home.
