Los Sauces Group's story

A group comprised of eight enterprising women who are very creative when it comes to business - such are the members of the "Los Sauces" communal bank. 65-year-old Julia is married and has four children. She has run a small business selling food for six years. Julia has succeeded in gaining the loyalty of her customers, which has resulted in profits that allow her to pay for her household expenses. In the future she would like to own a store of her own where she can sell her food and obtain higher profits. She'll use the requested loan to purchase more merchandise such as stew, sugar, rice, etc. That way she'll continue to meet her customers' needs and she'll be able to get ahead. At the same time, Julia and all the other members are grateful to Kiva for the loan and the trust that has been bestowed upon them. Julia is the one who's standing and wearing a black sweater. She bids farewell and promises that she'll accomplish all the goals she has set for herself.

In this group: Julia, Julia Victoria, Irene, Clementina, Olinda, Amelia, Maria , Fulgencia
