Farzana's story

Ms. Farzana, age 40, is a married woman who deals in the business of purchasing and selling animals. Nine years ago, she started her own business to provide financial support to her husband. She buys animals (baby goats & baby cows) at low prices, brings them up, and then sells them out in the market at higher prices.

She has gradually improved her business with the support of the Kashf foundation; currently she has requested a loan of 50,000 PKR to purchase another buffalo. She is in her 6th loan cycle and has a good repayment history. She hopes to grow her business and dreams of giving a good quality education to her children through all her hard work in her business.
