A loan of $400 helped to buy fertilizer, herbicide, pesticide, and insecticide, as well as threads to make hammocks.

Juana's story

Juana is a single mother and lives with her seven children, who all depend on her. The older children help her with the work. She grows staple grains and raises poultry. She learned agriculture from the time she was very young, since she helped her parents do it. For that reason, she has followed the tradition, and with her daughters she also makes hammocks.

The loan she needs will allow her to buy fertilizer, herbicide, pesticide, and insecticide, as well as to obtain threads for making hammocks. This will help her to have the raw material necessary to do both activities.

Her dream is to obtain more income and with it provide a better quality of life to her family.
