A loan of $1,200 helped to purchase a bundle of secondhand clothes.

Afi's story

Afi lives with her salesman husband and their four children in Lomé. The three eldest - aged six, four, and two years old - all attend school. As for the youngest, at seven months he is still with his mother. In order to assist her husband in covering the household expenses, Afi has been selling secondhand outfits in a shop since 2007.
As for the future, she hopes to have a second store and to improve the family's standard of living.
