A loan of $2,550 helped to buy more medicine to sell.

Calal's story

Calal is 36 years old and a father of two daughters. He is an IDP (internally displaced person) and lives with his wife and children in the Bilasuvar IDP Settlement. He is a Fuzuli refugee.

For the past ten years, Calal has been working hard to manage his pharmacy, which sells medicine. His wife is also helping him in this work. He loves his work and is doing it by heart. He works at the business six days per week and twelve hours per day. He says, at present, his business is doing well. Calal is very popular in his region because everybody knows him as a good doctor, also.

To help expand his business, Calal has requested a loan of AZN 2,000. The loan will be used to buy more medicine to sell and will help Calal to generate greater profits and increase his capital, so as to have enough health facilities.

Calal hopes that, in the future, he will be able to open a big clinic, so that he can help his community recover from illness. He appreciates your support.
