A loan of $375 helped to buy groceries.

Kervin Kharlaig's story

Kervin, 20, is single and lives in the city of Pisco with his parents and siblings. He is a very kind, hard-working, enthusiastic person with a great desire to get ahead. Unfortunately, due to a lack of economic resources and the need to work to help his parents, Kervin was unable to get a Business Administration degree as he would have liked. In his free time he enjoys sports and sometimes cooks a delicious seafood rice to share with family.

On his own initiative and with much hard work and dedication, Kervin works as an inventory operator for a sales company in his city. He works an average ten hours a day and believes things are going well for him because he is kind to others.

Kervin is very grateful to Kiva lenders because thanks to your help he will be able to buy groceries such as rice, sugar, vegetables, beverages and other items so he can start a small business in his home, a grocery store. He wants to earn extra income to pay for his university studies.
