A loan of $575 helped to purchase supplies (flour and sugar, among others).

Luz Yesenia's story

Luz is a 21-year-old young woman who lives in the city of Pisco. Every day she gets up very early to go to work, since she is an employee at a small business in her city. She also has a small business selling snacks, which gives her extra income. Luz believes she is moving ahead because she is very responsible and above all because she is very helpful.

Luz is very grateful to the Kiva lenders, since thanks to the great help she will be able to buy supplies and materials for making snacks such as wholesale flour, sacks of sugar, and glucose, among others. In this way, she will have more income, since she has a lot of orders, and will improve her quality of life and continue to fight in order to be able to make her biggest dream a reality: to have her own bakery.
