Gladys Yamilet's story

Gladys, 31, is married and mother of two children attending different grades in elementary school. She completed elementary school thanks to much effort and sacrifice from her parents.

She and her husband plant and grow basic grains like corn and beans and especially coffee. This last product is the one they focus on the most because of its commercial value and the ease with which it grows because the zone is most apt for it and the weather is very good for it to produce. Her customers are various buyers that come to the zone to buy and then resell the product in other markets. The lands she and her husband cultivate are theirs thanks to the efforts of many years and the patience and the work they put into not having to work leased land.

She needs a loan to buy fertilizer, manure, leaf fertilizer and fumigation pumps to provide better coffee crop maintenance. Her goal is to make this harvest the best by giving it the best possible necessary maintenance so that the final product can be 100% useful. Her dreams are that her children attain better living conditions, a better educational level so they can improve and strengthen their knowledge so that they can behave well in society.
