Mr. Roeun H., 26, and his wife, Mrs. Sokhen Chhoeun, 22, who live along National Road Number Five about eighteen kilometers from Phnom Penh, were married in 2007 and have one daughter.

Mr. Roeun has been a Moto-Remorque taxi driver for over one year. He carries people and goods from his village to Phnom Penh, while his wife stays at home to take of their small baby who is two months old. The couple is living with their parents and now they are in the process of building their own house but they lack some money. So Roeun is requesting a loan of $200 to add to his own money to build their new house.
