Ainura is the leader of the "Arashan-Dostuk" group. She is 44 years old and raising five children. To provide the primary source of income for her family, Ainura is involved in animal husbandry and farming, having started this business with 5,000 som (KGS). Thanks to Ainura's persistent work, today her business contains two dairy cows, one heifer and two calves, and yields about 5,000 som (KGS). In order to further develop her business, Ainura requested a loan in the amount of 60,000 som (KGS) from the micro-finance bank "Bai-Tushum and Partners" to increase livestock headcount by buying small livestock. She plans to invest the earnings from the loan into a further increase of domestic livestock quantities and to begin construction of a home for her family in the near future.

Айнура - лидер группы "Арашан-Достук", ей 44 года, воспитывает 5 детей. Айнура в качестве основного дохода для своей семьи занимается животноводством и полеводством, стартовав с суммы 5,000 сом (KGS). Благодаря упорному труду Айнуры, ее хозяйство на сегодняшний день насчитывает 2 дойной коровы, 1 нетель и 2 теленка и приносит около 5,000 сом (KGS). Также, Айнура обрабатывает 1,5 га земли с фасолью и картофелем.
В целях дальнейшего развития своего бизнеса, Айнура обратилась в Микрофинансовый банк «Бай –Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом в сумме 60,000 сом (KGS) на увеличение поголовья скота за счет покупки мелкого рогатого скота. Доходы от кредита Айнура планирует вложить в дальнейшее приумножение количества домашней скотины, а в ближайшем будущем - начать стройку дома для своей семьи.
