Ainura's story

Ainura is the leader of the "Arashan-Dostuk" group. She is 44 years old and raising five children. To provide the primary source of income for her family, Ainura is involved in animal husbandry and farming, having started this business with 5,000 som (KGS). Thanks to Ainura's persistent work, today her business contains two dairy cows, one heifer and two calves, and yields about 5,000 som (KGS). In order to further develop her business, Ainura requested a loan in the amount of 60,000 som (KGS) from the micro-finance bank "Bai-Tushum and Partners" to increase livestock headcount by buying small livestock. She plans to invest the earnings from the loan into a further increase of domestic livestock quantities and to begin construction of a home for her family in the near future.
