Ms. Irshad is a married woman. She is manufacturing shoes with buckles that are used in the embellishment of shoes. She beautifully makes shoes in different colors, designs and sizes at home and then sells them in the local market. By this time, she has attained a regular list of customers and makes enough to contribute to the family income. Her husband works as a laborer and earns insufficient income to support his family alone. She is a mother of two children and is motivated to provide for her family.

To cope with the increasing demand of her customers, she requested a loan of 50,000 Pakistani rupees to purchase leather material, plastic leather and soles with spools of threads in various colors to increase her production. She hopes to get a boost in her earnings through her large sales. She is in her ninth loan cycle and has shown excellent repayment behavior. Irshad wishes to utilize part of the revenues to provide a good and quality education to her children.
