A loan of $2,125 helped to buy building materials for a shop.

Aziz's story

Aziz is a young man of 23 years who is married and lives with his wife and parents in the city of Isfara. He spent a year selling dried fruits in Russia, and now he wants to work in his own country and start his own business there. He is asking for a loan to construct a shop near where he lives. Aziz already has part of the building materials (sand, cement), but he plans to use the loan to hire construction workers and to buy the building materials and shop fittings he is missing. He has some savings that he started from his work abroad, and he plans to use that to buy furnishings for the shop - a refrigerator, shelves, etc, as well as products to sell. The village where Aziz lives does not have a market other than kiosks and shops with a small assortment of goods at high prices. This gives him a good advantage, as there is less competition. Aziz's wife will help him in the shop. He is counting on your support.
