A loan of $300 helped to buy clothing for children and women.

Annemete's story

Annemette is 34 years old. She is a happy person, dynamic and entreprenurial. She is divorced and lives in her own house with her 3 daughters, who are 12, 13, and 3 years old. Annemette sells a variety of clothing for women, men, and children, whoch she sells on request. She does this business through street sales and by going to people's houses. She has been in this business for 5 years. She works by herself, but she is cheerful. What she likes about this business is that it generates income for her so that she can support her family. She wants to continue working and find a business that will earn well. This is why she has plans to buy a large capacity passenger transport vehicle, such as a mini bus. This will be her first loan with Kiva. She feels very happy with the financial support she is receiving so that she can continue with her work. With the requested amount of 800 PEN (Peruvian nuevos soles), she will buy seasonal clothing for children and women.
