Samina's story

Ms. Samina is a 25-year-old, vigorous, lady and the mother of two children. She has been sewing clothes for many years and is now experienced enough to make all kinds of designs. She sews for the people of her community and uses the income to support her entire family. However, due to a lack of funds, she is unable to meet the daily demand from her customers. For this reason, she applied for a loan of PKR 25,000 from Kashf Foundation. She intends to use this loan to buy more spools of thread in different colors, as well as packets of laces, zippers and buttons, to create increase her revenues, so that she may able to generate a healthier source of income. She is in her second loan cycle and thankful to Kashf for its tremendous support.
