A loan of $1,025 helped to buy compost, insecticides, pesticides, etc.

Jose Eduvigis's story

José is a hardworking person, known by locals as an honest and responsible person. He is married, but due to family problems he is separated from his wife, with whom he has two children that do not live with him. José does not have relatives abroad. He has been working in agriculture since he was 21, selling cattle and pigs, an activity he inherited from his parents. His wife and children used to help him, but now he has to pay somebody else to do it.

José is requesting a loan to buy compost, insecticides, pesticides, etc. in order to have a more abundant harvest, free from plagues, and sell it. One of his biggest challenges is the changing weather, especially when it affects his production.

His dream is to work hard in order to improve his harvests and his income, improve his children’s living conditions and create a profitable business that leaves better profits.
