Gema Del Socorro
Gema is a young 27-year-old who lives in the neighborhood Milagro de Dios. It is a very poor and crime-ridden neighborhood, and she does not want her two sons to fall into this lifestyle. They are 7 and 4 years old; her greatest wish is that they receive a good education.

Gema was married, but her marriage was unsuccessful. She then separated from her husband, by whom she is currently pregnant. Since her only means of income is the sale of groceries, she is applying for a loan for the first time through AFODENIC in order to invest in basic grains, meat, soft drinks, dairy products, etc. that will guarantee daily sales. This is how she intends to get ahead along with her children.
