This group of 28 women has been created in May 2007. Its members live in the same residential zone. Their main business activity is retail. The woman on the far right in the photo is the group’s representative. She is 49 years old, married and the mother of 10.

Her business entails buying fabric and sewing outfits for sale. Her customers come from the same village and some from the [nearby] town. With this financing, she will buy fabrics and sewing supplies in order to increase her production. Her goal is to provide for herself and her family, covering needs such as food, healthcare and schooling of her children.
