His parents used to work in the fields from morning until the evening, seven days a week. As a child, Hafiz saw that and knew that he will work on a farm one day like his father, because even though the family was poor and faced financial hardship, they were also happy.
He is married and has two children. For the past 21 years he has been involved in raising cattle and smaller livestock. In addition to this activity, he also works on a farm. His wife helps him by producing and selling his own dairy products at home.
With a growing family and more needs to meet, Hafiz would like to increase his business. This is why he has turned to Kiva partner VFAC to purchase additional yearling sheep.
