A loan of $600 helped to service his vehicle.

Marcelino's story

Marcelino’s married and has two children: a boy and a girl who are school age. He lives in a house he owns that has a living room, bedroom kitchen and bathroom. The house is adobe with cement floors and is located in the city of La Paz’s Bajo Tacagua zone.

He works as a cooperative taxi driver with his own vehicle. His route is from Achachicala and his stop is in the city of La Paz’s Tembladerani zone. His wife helps him with his work and also caring for the children. They both contribute to pay for utilities, food, clothing and their children’s education.

He needs the loan to pay to service his vehicle since it’s his only source of income. Marcelino’s dream is to own two vehicles and to improve his quality of life. This is his first loan request to Impro and Kiva.
