Tewos's story

Tewos is 49 years old and lives in Montserrado County, which has the largest Free-port and is the number one commercial county in Liberia. She is married with three children between 21 to 26. Unfortunately she did not go to school, but she manages her business well. For the past three years, she has been running a table where sells rice, vita, salt, onion, and oil in her community. She started this business with money given to her by her husband who sells fire-coal by bag. She enjoy her business because the business gives her more money. She sells six days a week, from 7AM to 5PM, and most of the time she uses bus to get her goods to her table. She is requesting a loan to purchase more inventory for her business. Her plans are to build a house and own a shop.
