Aisuluv's story

Aisuluv is a very modest, quiet, and hardworking woman. She is 23 years old, married and has two children--a son who is one and a daughter who is three. She and her family live in the Yavan region of Tajikistan. For three years she has worked with her husband on a farm. Aisuluv likes her work since she earns an honest living. She learned farming at an early age while helping her parents. She mostly grows wheat, vegetables melons and gourds. She is asking for a loan to buy mineral fertilizers for her harvest of tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelons and other melons. Aisuluv has a newly built home. She wants to use her new profits to make finishing touches to it and to buy home accessories.
