Sera is a 23year old woman who is married with no children. She plans to start a small business, taxi. Sera needs a loan to buy wheel caps, seat covers, tyres and vehicle paint. She will use her profits so that she can have her own taxi stand. Sera joined SPBD in 2012 to gain access to financial services.
