Desde hace varios pertenece al banco comunal “Miraflores” y en esta oportunidad requiere el préstamo para comprar un cernidor de tierra.

Julio nació en la comunidad de Mashuay y vive en la misma comunidad donde nació. (La comunidad de Mashuay está ubicada en el distrito del Challabamba en la provincia de Paucartambo dentro del departamento de Cusco, Perú).
