Marielena belongs to the Girasoles Village Bank situated in Pamplona Alta in the district of San Juan of Miraflores, Lima.


Marielena is a married, 46-year-old woman with three children, ages 26, 24 and 10 years old. She has a family mechanic business with her husband and oldest son. They started their business more than 16 years ago with a secondhand welding machine. Now, Marielena has more machines and her business is growing. She desires to expand her business with more car parts and supplies.
