Sevarniso's story

Sevarniso is 25 years old and raising one child. Sevarniso works as a Kyrgyz language teacher at a school and, to provide an additional source of income for her family, is involved in animal husbandry, having started five years ago with a sum of 9,000 som. Thanks to her persistent work, today she has a profit of 13,000 som (KGS) per month. In order to further develop her business, Sevarniso requested a loan in the amount of 100,000 som (KGS) from the micro-finance bank "Bai-Tushum and Partners" to buy livestock. She plans to invest the earnings from the loan into a further growth of her business in order to have an ability to provide well for her family.
