A loan of $375 helped to pay for materials like fabric, thread, etc., needed in her business.

Ma. Fe's story

This is Ma. Fe. She previously accessed a 20,000 Philippine pesos (PHP) loan that she used to purchase quantities of materials like fabric, thread and other materials needed in her business. Her earnings were a big help in the education of her children and in covering their personal, household and business expenditures.

Ma. Fe would like to apply for a new loan of 15,000 PHP to buy additional supplies needed in her business. Her profits from the business will definitely help her to meet her daily needs and pay for her children’s education. She looks forward to this financial increase with gladness and thankfulness in her heart.

Ma. Fe dreams that her business will continue to grow and hopes that her children will finish their education. She meets up with her co-fellowship* members to share stories of her work every week and also draw strength and inspiration from the Word of God she studies.

* All CCT community partners / clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social capital, and repay microfinance loans.
