Musa's story

This is 35-year-old Musa. He is married and has two children, ages 11 and 9; both of them are in school.

In 1992, Musa established his second-hand clothing business. He began his business because he did not have the opportunity to go to school. Since his parents are traders, when was he was much older, he decided to join them in business. He helped his parents for years, until he decided to set up his own business. Working seven days a week and 11 hours a day, he earns about 800,000 SLL (Sierra Leone leones) every month from this business.

He would like a loan in the amount of 5,000,000 SLL. Musa requires a loan to buy sportswear for men and T-shirts for men.

Musa used profit from his last loan to provide a livelihood for his family and pay school fees for his children. Musa’s plan is to continue to support his children’s education and improve his business in order to make more profit to achieve his dream of educating his children.
