A loan of $3,050 helped a member to buy clothing, shoes, and other dry goods items.

Kuña Guapa Group's story

The group "Kuña guapa" is in its second loan cycle in the women's committee program. It is from the city of Curuguaty, which is in a zone a bit removed from the central zone and yet is growing. It is a zone where access is difficult, and for this reason the members of this group want to strive to grow and give the zone where they live a better environment and have it grow slowly.

Señora Laura, one of the members, works as a street vendor of all types of products, such as clothing and shoes, and through this work she strives to give her family what they need. She desires that with the passing of time and through the help of everyone in her zone, they can continue to improve their surroundings and thus offer better security to their families and also be able to obtain a better future for them.

She is applying for this loan to buy items to sell, such as clothing, shoes, and dry goods articles in general, and in this way be able to continue growing in her business and thus give her family what they need to have a life without privations.
