Wilfredo's story

This is Wilfredo, 51, a resident of Dasmariñas, Cavite, Philippines. He is married to Marissa, a worker, and is a father to his children. By the grace of God, he has managed to support his children’s educational needs. At the present time he is working hard to be able to continuously provide for their everyday needs.

Wilfredo operates a jewelry repair shop. His shop is located adjacent to his house. His regular customers are his neighbors and the local community. He earns a minimum of 300 Philippine Pesos (PHP) in sales every day.

To help him continue operations of his business, he is requesting a Php15,000 loan. He will be utilizing the loan to buy materials needed in repairing jewelry. He expects a boost in his business income as he expands his business.

Wilfredo hopes to have another outlet and dreams of giving his children a good life and education. He meets up with his co-fellowship members to share stories of his work every week and where he can also draw strength and inspiration from the Word of God he studies.

* All CCT community partners / clients are organized into fellowship groups that meet on a weekly basis. A fellowship group is composed of 15 to 30 community partners. The fellowship groups gather each week to study the Word of God, build social capital, and pay Micro Finance loans.
