A loan of $300 helped to buy fabrics for sewing and resale.

Mor's story

Mor is a married man who lives in Senegal. He has been working as a tailor for 45 years and has already repaid six loans to the branch of the UIMCEC where he is a client. Mor is currently requesting a loan of 150,000 francs to buy fabrics that he will sew and resell. This will allow him to prepare for the upcoming celebration of Korité (marking the end of Ramadan). Mor works 12 hours per day. His goal is to make his commercial activity more profitable and to increase his income, in order to ultimately be able to improve his family's food conditions. His ambition is to have a large sewing business.
