A loan helped to purchase more technology equipment to help protect his clients from data loss, corruption and fraud.

Jon's story

Jon’s interest in electronics began as soon as he could explore the world as a toddler, as he was often seen carrying a wire around the house instead of toys. After high school, Jon left his family home in New York to pursue active duty in the Marine Corps, where he learned more about information management and technology. After leaving the Marines, Jon pursued a college degree and in 2004 moved to San Diego to begin working in the field of computer management.

Frustrated with the lack of integrity and low commitment to helpful customer service commonly found in the industry, Jon looked for a way to provide better personal computer and information service to his clients. Through encouragement from a friend and colleague, Jon began to consider owning and managing his own business. He was eventually offered an opportunity to take over a technology consulting firm, and he became the owner of All Connected Consulting.

Over 10 years later, Jon continues to offer the highest customer service and innovative solutions to the clients who entrust him with their data. Jon finds value in earning the trust and respect of his clients, and takes pride in protecting his clients from fraud and computer mishaps.

Currently, Jon hires three part-time sub-contractors, and hopes to soon expand his business to hire full-time employees from the community. Jon shares his message to safeguard your data and files with everyone he can, and is committed to providing quality data consulting services.

With the help of this Kiva loan, Jon will be able to purchase more technology equipment to help better serve and protect his clients from data loss, corruption and fraud.
