Maria Maximinia's story

Maria is a 23 year old, hardworking, enterprising, single woman with much youth ahead of her and lots to learn about life. She has a sixth grade education and lives with her parents. She was not able to continue studying due to a lack of financial support from her parents, but they taught her how to work the land so that she could earn an income to cover her personal needs. The land she works belongs to her. She inherited it from her parents and is located 200 meters away. She walks there daily.

She is asking for help so she can buy fertilizer and compost for her coffee crop, because these items are expensive but necessary so that her crops remain healthy and free from disease that destroys coffee crops.

Her goal is to keep her crops healthy and free from disease and other things that can damage them so that she can have a good harvest and be able to have better earrings. This is her only source of income.
