A loan of $400 helped to buy traditional cloths and perfumes.

Jocelyne's story

Jocelyne is a young 27-year-old woman. She is single with one child, age 7, to care for. In order to cover her family's needs, she has been re-selling traditional cloths, perfumes, and other products since 2009. She sells door-to-door. Since she does not have the funds to respond to customer demand, she is requesting her first loan from WAGES for the purchase of merchandise (beauty products and traditional cloths). In the future, Jocelyne would like to use her profits to expand her business and ensure her child's future.
