Arsenio is a farmer from San Miguel, Bohol in the Philippines. He is a married man and has two grown children. Arsenio has been in the farming business for more than 30 years now. This is the source of his income. Arsenio is asking for a loan to buy fertilizer and pesticides for the farm. Through this, he will be able to improve his farm as well as his harvest. He wants to make his farm a stable source of his income.
