Mujeres Emprendedoras Group's story

Mujeres Emprendedoras (Enterprising Women) is a group working their first cycle of the women Committee’s program. They come from Concepción, a town that is still expanding and which is located a bit far from the central area of the country. This area is difficult to reach, and the members of this group want to fight to keep on progressing and to help improving the area where they live providing a better environment and making it grow little by little.
Maria is a member of this group. She lives in an area located very far away from the town center, which is where her small food shop is located. She also goes selling her products to other areas. She wants her area to improve in due time and with the help of every member of her community, in order to grant better security to their families as well as to succeed in granting them a better future.
She is requesting a loan to buy ingredients for her meals, such as meat, vegetables, dressings and more, in order to keep on helping her family as well as delighting her customer with the tasty food she prepares. She also wants to progress with her activity, thus providing her family with what they need to suffer no hardship in life.

In this group: Maria, Luciana, Odina, Gabina, Lourdes, Benita, Sandra, Justina, Liduvina, Ada, Ana, Agueda, Cornelia, Celia, Norma
