A loan of $600 helped purchase livestock, vaccines, and feed.

Maria Zoila's story

María is 49 years old, single, and has three children. She and her children live in the home of one of her family members in the city of Guaranda, in the province of Bolivar.

She is a member of the Ventanilla los Pinos communal bank, which is formed of 14 members who are all from the same community. They work in agriculture and live 40 minutes from the Pangua Community office.

María works in agriculture, raising animals and planting potatoes, corn, and raising chickens and pigs. She is requesting the loan to purchase livestock, vaccines, and feed. With the help of the loan, she will be able to purchase what she is currently lacking.

She will make the purchase in the city of Guaranda. Her dream is to get things in order to add on to and improve her home. The challenge that she faces is combating all the problems that she is presented with. In her free time, she likes to go for walks and visit her family members who are far away.
